you can maybe try to add a way to get creative items from other mods in survival like the creative tool modifier from tinkers for example
also add creative counterpart for items or blocks in other mods that could benefit from them.
make them so op and make it hard to get them in survival where you will need machine that needs 1 trillion RF or one which uses infinity ingots to work.
also try to add your own creative items to the mod for example a machine that can be used to automate killing OP bosses (like the king from ore spawn or the titans or the mythical creatures)

also you should add some mobs to the mod like pets which help you which are very op and bosses that are some of the strongest in minecraft (as strong as the king or the queen from ore spawn) and that you can kill to help you get the creative items (cause they will need to have a very stupid recipe like getting 5 swords of cosmos or getting a stack of any item obtainable in survival the item itself is up to you but a suggestion is getting a stack of dire crafting tables just have the item be something you can obtain in survival)

also you should add an item duplication block or mechanism (i read the other suggestions and people wanted to get block duplication but item duplication will be better cause then you have way more things you can try to duplicate because blocks always stack while most of the items don't so that's why item duplication is much better in my opinion at least)
