Document connecting Browan Pico Next Gateway to TTS #1014

@NicolasMrad what should we do with these issues? I think it's not a good idea for me to pick these up as I don't have access to these devices, so I'm not able to actually test if the procedure works, hence I'm not able to write a comprehensive and accurate doc. If we have this device in the office, maybe Ben or someone else could pick it up. |

Summary
The Browan Pico Next Gateway is a LoRa gateway with GPS, using numerous ways of connection:
Ethernet, LTE, and Wi-Fi. The current documentation doesn't have information on how to connect it to the TTS.
