E.g. the user requests one of:

Direct
JobSystem / Cluster
In the latter case, Roddy would check all available systems, if they are compatible with the execution host. If so, the factory for the valid system would be used.
This mechanism assumes, that only one cluster system is available and ready to be used on the host.
