Help page recursion error

Describe the bug
Navigate to https://www.geneweaver.org/help/ expecting some sort of help page, e.g. where to file issues; instead, Geneweaver empty window keeps loading recursively into itself.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.geneweaver.org/help/

Expected behavior
Page displays help information, e.g. link to docs, user guide, link to file Github issue, etc.
