"My Active Trades" should have an option for Current Coin and All Coins #56

When displaying data for Active trades, there should be a checkbox that allows you to display all active trades vs current pairing.

Binance uses this method.

adds a layer of complexity that isnt needed at this point, but will keep the sudgestions for future improvment.
