Redownloading models

Why is opening run.bat attempting to redownload all the 30gb of model files again every startup? I already ran this program fine and generated some 3D models the other day, but it's trying to redownload all the model files i already have. Can anyone assist? Thanks

It's probably trying to download the new FAST models, not the whole install. You can edit the gradio file to remove those lines, they're right at the start.

I don't need them, and I didnt' notice any code in there that actually uses them :/

what file and lines do we need to remove since I'm going through the same thing.

I think i may be wrong, thought i saw an update command in there and dont' see it now lookign close. Not sure where its' coming from. Need to stop working so late! :/
