Steps to reproduce the bug

1- While watching a YT video, just switch to "Related items" tab.
2- Enjoy unrelated content on the TOP of the list.

Expected behavior

No Ads

Google masked Ads

Additional information

As far as I remember older version of NewPipe didn't show unrelated items in this list, I also tried to change NewPipe's Settings > Content > "Default content language" and also "Default content country", but the annoying greedy Google doesn't seem to respect that !

Any workaround for that ? I always hide the sidebar on Youtube (using uBlock Origin or AdGuard) on Windows, because if I want something I can search for it, and Google might shove undesired content in my throat then,
