Decrease the number of fact check per day and increase the data collected for each

We don't collect enough information per fact check. This problem is even more important considering we try to collect information on a long period before and after the fact check. We need to decrease that number to be able to increase the number of tweets and the number of news articles we collect for each.

• Only collecting the news articles and tweets from a fact check from Maldita
• Getting only the content marked as Falso
• Filtering and selecting only some categories
• Reducing the period before and after the fact check (currently 7)
