Reduce the Docker image size

Description

The following methods might help reduce the image size.

1. Change base distro alpine:latest or GoogleContainerTools/distroless.
2. Change compiler clang/LLVM.

The second method would require some changes to the Makefile if coverage testing is to be done on the image.

We cannot afford to make changes in Makefile, since it will affect Normal Installation. Any alternatives?

I just wanted to let you know that we need to change the Makefile to support both clang/LLVM and gcc.
It does not affect the normal installation.
