Detach TanStack Router DevTools into a separate tab

It would be great to have the option to detach the TanStack Router DevTools into a separate tab, similar to the functionality available in the TanStack Query DevTools.

This would enhance flexibility by allowing the DevTools to be moved to another screen or monitor, provide more space for analyzing routing data, and create consistency across TanStack tools. A simple "Pop Out" button to open the tools in a new window would make debugging larger applications much easier as the isnt always enough screen real estate.
