Broken code.google URL in FAQ about translation #261

Hi, I was scrolling the tampermonkey FAQ and I found this link: https://code.google.com/chrome/extensions/i18n.html here:

but this code.google URL is a 404:

I am not sure what it should be instead so I am reporting it instead of making a PR
