Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The TOMP uses the Traveler's dictionary to describe user needs. Transmodel/NeTEx use the EPIAP profile to describe the aspects of assets related to user needs. To map or migrate these, we must at least create a mapping.

Urgency

Minor, technically runs everything, but it is required to become Transmodel compliant.
