Add UpSet plot to Completions

Background

UpSet plots are for example available via UpsetR or ComplexUpset packages in R, and are used in the A2CPS reporting app. Could this be used here too?

Add an UpSet plot to the Completions if possible. This would show the various combinations of scans that exist for different participants, similar to what's in the table but in graphical form.

I still think this is a nice option. In case there is any difficulty, there is another option that was demoed as a possibility at the Fall 2023 consortium meeting when we showed the Imaging Report:

This one does some mapping/collapsing of the different combos apparent in the UpSet plot to focus on just the most interesting categories.
