Add Rush University to plots

Background

Rush University was added as a scanning site in February 2024. It has site code RU and is part of MCC1.

See Issue #5 about adding RU to the main selection menu. This is for additional points not covered by that change.

Requested Changes

The following are places where sites are presumably included specifically, and thus RU will need to be added:

1. Overview panel (bar charts -- already appears in table)
2. Pie Charts (when using MCC1 selection -- already appears for All Sites)
3. Heat Map (probably similar to Pie Charts? -- but see Issue Fix or remove the Heat Map tab #11 about possibly removing this panel)
