Improve the contributors page with verification system and automated Supabase integration.

Tasks:

Create contributor verification workflow
Implement automated role assignment
Add contributor statistics
Create admin dashboard for management
Implement contribution tracking
Add profile customization options

Admin interface
Analytics tracking
