Dry:
- 250g all-purpose flour
- 5g salt
- 5g baking powder
Wet:
- 30g sugar
- 375ml buttermilk, milk, or some combo of the two.
- 2 eggs
- 40g butter
- 15ml vanilla extract
- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Warm wet ingredients to 35c (Nesting in a bowl of hot water works well)
- Whisk once the butter is melted.
- Whisk dry and wet, let rest for 10 minutes before making waffles.
