Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients

Dry:

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 5g salt
  • 5g baking powder

Wet:

  • 30g sugar
  • 375ml buttermilk, milk, or some combo of the two.
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g butter
  • 15ml vanilla extract

Directions

  • Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Warm wet ingredients to 35c (Nesting in a bowl of hot water works well)
  • Whisk once the butter is melted.
  • Whisk dry and wet, let rest for 10 minutes before making waffles.
