Hiding subreddits

Issue with version 2.6 on chrome. I do not know if the issue was also in previous versions.

Attempting to add subreddits using the extension options menu will display it, but not hide those subreddits. Closing the tab changes nothing.
However, when opening the options tab again, all previously entered subreddits are not displayed.
Adding another subreddit is impossible. The "Add" button stays grayed out and does nothing when clicked on.

I tested with entering one and multiple subreddits before closing the options tab, all with the same result.

Edit: Using the Reset button or reinstalling the extension makes the Add button work again, but the issue still persists
