Source labels for dimensions #174

The labels for the dimensions need to be sourced like they do in BLW.

  • Basic version with statically generated labels (generated via SPARQL)
  • Refactored version that sources them directly from the dimension pipeline

That's now done via the postinstall step that fetches it from SPARQL. This is still kind of chicken-egg as it can be that we don't have labels the first time a new dimension is published.

We could probably generate that from the dimensions pipeline and make sure that those are run before the cubes itself.
