Problem

The current buttons on the sign up and invitation code entry screens don't communicate any progress and allow a user to exit the screens while the progressing is happening. They keyboard is not hidden when the button is pressed & a user can still modify elements in the text fields.

Solution

The buttons should show a progress indicator and the keyboard should be dismissed when the button is pressed and avoid any data entry in the text fields.
