Problem
The individual data points on the heart health page for the dizziness variable are listed as numbers. Since we are displaying the data points as words in the graph, it would be great if we could also see the words in the list of individual data points.
Solution
Change the data points at the bottom of the page to show the word label instead of the number for each dizziness response.
