Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a proposed and approved project on Arbitrum
  2. Click on Process
  3. Observe the error message

Expected behavior
Process should work fine for approved projects.

Additional context
This error seems to be related to an error that @lipmaneth reported for Tribute to an existing , approved and processed project proposal on Arbitrum.
