Description

The new schedule coordinator feature does not appear to work with the schedule toolbox in mobile. Schedule Coordinators are notified when someone accepts, declines, or signs up for additional times thru the web version of the schedule toolbox. Schedule coordinators are not notified when someone accepts, declines, or signs up thru the mobile version of the schedule toolbox.

Actual Behavior

Schedule Coordinators are not notified when a volunteer accepts, declines, or signs up for additional times thru the mobile version of the schedule toolbox.

Expected Behavior

Schedule Coordinators would be notified when someone accepts, declines or signs up for additional times thru both the web and mobile versions of the schedule toolbox.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new group or use an existing group. Use the Serving Team group type or another group type that has scheduling enabled.
  2. Edit the group's meeting details to add a location, schedule, and min/desired/max number of volunteers.
  3. Edit the group's scheduling details to select a schedule coordinator.
  4. Check the boxes to notify the coordinator of accepts, declines and self-schedules. Alternatively made sure the coordinator notifications are turned on at the group type.
  5. Add a group member and set their preferences to serve at the location and schedule created in step 2.
  6. Login into the website as the group member created in step 5.
  7. Navigate to the schedule toolbox thru the my account page.
  8. Select the group you created in step 1 and sign-up for available times.
  9. Sign up for an available time.
  10. Notice that the schedule coordinator receives an email notifying them of the sign up.
  11. Login to the app as the group member created in step 5.
  12. Navigate to a page with the mobile schedule toolbox block.
  13. Select the group created in step 1 and sign-up for an additional time.
  14. Notice that the schedule coordinator does not receive an email notifying them of the sign-up.
  15. You can also schedule the group member, accept or decline thru the mobile schedule toolbox and notice the schedule coordinator is not notified.
