[Issue]: SMS Conversation List Block doesn't consistently show or not show messages without a reply.

Describe the Issue in Detail

The SMS Conversation List Block is only showing text with replies in it. Users can send a message and it will appear without a response in the conversation lists, however, if you refresh the list the message disappears. This is confusing to the user since it doesn't work like most other messaging apps.

I do understand how a filter for this could be useful when a bulk message is sent out only showing those with responses.

• Orange App
• Blue App

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the SMS Conversation List Block
2. Press the + to create a new message
3. Search and select a user
4. Send the user a text message
5. Go back to the conversation list
6. The conversation will be there
7. Refresh
8. The conversation will no longer be there

Expected Behavior

All conversations should be listed even if they don't have a response or an option to toggle a filter between with or without replies should be present.

Actual Behavior

A recently sent conversation will be listed in the conversation without a reply until the conversation list is refreshed then it will no longer be displayed.
