I had a successful integration working with homeassistent but it stopped working.

I wanted to reactivate it, but found that developer mode is gone from Somfy’s website.

has developer mode been discontinued?

Hi @tjerkw, I'm from NL as well. When I log in to somfy.nl, I see my TaHoma Switch and it says it's activated.

You can check if Developer Mode is active by running nmap with the IP address of your gateway. If port 8443 is open, Developer Mode is still active. In that case try power cycling the gateway, or look for the issue in HA.

A basic test to check if Developer Mode is active and if your gateway responds is:
curl https://192.168.20.123:8443/enduser-mobile-web/1/enduserAPI/apiVersion --insecure
(Replace the IP address with yours)
The response should be something like:
{"protocolVersion":"2024.1.4-11"}
(Version may differ)

If you're sure that it's not activated, I think it would be better for you to contact Somfy support. They can activate Developer Mode remotely.

My Home Assistant stopped working with the OverKiz for Somfy Tahoma because the developer API is not enabled. i tried to login to somfy site to turn on the developer mode unsuccessfully. The somfy site returned an error message "An error has occurred on the server". Any one has the same experience?

@llavorel-somfy I have the same issue. using somfy.co.th how can I enable developer mode or who to contact? I expect contacting the thai support they have no clue what I'm talking about - and I don't speak thai :-)

btw it took me like an hour to figure out that, while I can reset my password on any other country website (or .com), I can only log into co.th, and receive a wrong password error on any other site.

Hi @hmsta
Unfortunately the developer mode is not launched in Thailand yet.
For information what type of gateway are you using ?

Not for the moment in your region and current offer @hmsta
We are still in the process of rolling out this service on our different offers.

We need API access with developer mode in the United States.
