Goodbye Cog Mentions strings dont work after expired cache #68

When the client cache expires, or doesnt have the mentioned user in it, the goodbye messages are useless as they are simply a string of numbers,

Add the users name in plaintext as well for those that dont have a connection to the user like friends or mutual servers
