Describe the bug
when selecting 'snowflake-artic' model in the streamlit, an error occurs and i'm not able to use that model

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create the streamlit app
Choose 'snowflake-artic' model
enter a prompt
See error

Expected behavior
when choosing the snowflake-artic model, I should not have an error message

@sfc-gh-cbartholomew That QS guide is outdated so I'd recommend that you use/try out the updated version https://quickstarts.snowflake.com/guide/ask_questions_to_your_own_documents_with_snowflake_cortex_search/index.html#0.
