View/Interact with Unified Changelog Page

Currently, the unified changelog is only visible as a list on the dashboard page of the 5 most recent changes made to the schema. This needs to be expanded into a dedicated page that can be reviewed for clarity.

Future implementation: Soft deletion via unified changelog to ensure that changes can be rolled back without causing cascading failures.
