Site hangs if you upload a file with more than 10,000 rows

The page will eventually come back, but will hang when uploading large files of >10,000 rows. Working on a way to steam the files into the database.

Streaming upload system has been implemented and integrated into the system. File upload has been broken down into parsed chunks that upload in batches.
