To decide how live segmentation works, let's test these solution:

local available now in SegmentationUNet
IGTL available in Deep Learn Live
processes available in Zac's gist: https://gist.github.com/zacbaum/8b22f0c02c5847919a2b38e09fb63cf5

It would be good to also test resize in Slicer vs resize in separate process
