Add a 3D printer example and slicing software guide

Add a tutorial to use a slicing software that creates gcode from the surgical guide 3D model's stl file.
This should include name of the slicing-software and its version, configuration parameters (like printing temperature, printing speed), 3D printer hardware model, etc.
A popular slicing-software and 3D printer would be great to have but to start any tutorial detailing printer, material (e.g. PLA filament 1.75mm), slicing software (e.g. Cura), and parameters will be enough
