Exploring integration of an onramp provider to the front end, allowing users to purchase Atom or Rowan directly from their bank account. After extensive research the two best, and comparable options are:
Both allow for easy integration via SDK (see docs), low fees for users and good global coverage of payment providers. They handle everything from banking to user KYC. With Transak, we will need to complete KYC as a company before going live.
Our ideal scenario would be for users to purchase Rowan directly, however this is not possible without Rowan being listed on a tier one exchange. Thus the best option would be to allow users to buy Atom, and then have a clear path that allows them to import it to Sifchain. Transak currently allow Atom purchases and thus are likely the preferred option (Ramp are still working on it).
