When attempting to change the Profile Photo for either my Admin or User role accounts, the image does not always change on first try. I have had to attempt to make the change multiple times before the image actually changes.
Expected Behavior
The Profile Photo should change in the Firefox browser in an Android device on the first try.
Steps to Reproduce Issue
Login as Administrator or User
Click on the hamburger menu
Click on the account name to open up the hidden menu
Click on "Account Settings"
Under "Profile Photo" section, click on the image
On the Android device, when presented with "Choose an action", select "Files"
Click on "Gallery"
Click on any folders in your gallery such as Screenshots, Camera or Downloads
Select a photo to upload
Notice how the image does not upload and change in the Profile Photo section.

Note:
I only found this behavior on my Android physical phone using Firefox. I did try to reproduce this on BrowserStack using one of their "real" devices but I was unable to reproduce the behavior there. This may be an issue on just my device but at least it is documented if this comes up in the future.
