I was going to use panphlan_clean_pangenome.py with to clean a pangenome that I downloaded with PanPhlAn v3.1 and am using for mapping. However, through the conda installed package, panphlan_clean_pangenome.py isn't installed as part of the package (ie, I can't access it by calling panphlan_clean_pangenome.py -h, like I could with panphlan_map.py -h).
I've copied the script to my working directory, but I was wondering if (for future use) it would be possible to add panphlan_clean_pangenome.py to setup.py so it can be accessed without copying to the working directory or providing a full path?
Thanks!
John
