Hello, I'm not sure this is the proper place to ask since your app is still very much WIP, but I was wondering if you are planning to support any kind of linking between notes, Zettelkasten-style? I think it may suit well your goals with Noteworthy, since it's already a Markdown-based notes manager with planned syncing support.

I don't necessarily see it displayed as a "button", but more like a regular link, as in a wiki. The examples I've linked (none of which are libadwaita-based unfortunately) tend to support both creating a relative link to another note (with auto-completion) and displaying which notes link to the currently displayed note.
In my own usecase, I'm using MDWiki to generate a website from my linked Markdown notes (that I write the old-fashioned way, with gnome-text-editor), but theoretically, any note-taking app based on Markdown (such as the aforementioned examples) could easily take advantage of files created with Noteworthy, making migrating from one app to another (e.g. a mobile app) a no-brainer.
