Hi,
first of all: The moderation module is not longer supported in V2. If you haven't already, please upgrade to V2 as soon as possible to ensure that you are using the newest supported version.
To answer your question: As explained in the configuration-example-file you can specify what should happen (options: mute, kick, ban) when someone gets x warns.
Example: Let's say you want to ban everyone when they reach 3 warnings. The configuration should look like this:
