[Bug] Can't extract NSIS installer with multiple language files

Download FMSLogo

Rename file to fmslogo-8.4.0.exe.7z

open with 7-zip -- you'll see duplicate files - fmslogo.exe shows several times.

it appears that each of these are different languages, and there's no way to specify with scoop which to extract -- looks like NSIS is able to determine which is which, however.

Thus, creating a manifest like

"url": "http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/fmslogo/FMSLogo/FMSLogo%208.4.0/fmslogo-8.4.0.exe#fmslogo.7z",

wont work properly as the last item in the 7z will overwrite the duplicates, and in this case, that's a chinese version.
