Context:
To enable state and department heads, as well as scheme officers, to access QLI Metabase Dashboards, a front-end, login-based website is required. The current QLI website is already live in production, but certain changes are necessary to better suit the needs of the users.

Requirements (in order of priority):

  1. The branding of the login and home page needs to be changed from TRACK to QLI (Wireframes)
  2. User logins will have to be created (Total 26 | 8 P0) @dhruv-1001
  3. A text box/ banner on top explaining QLI (this remains consistent for all users).
  4. 2 clickable boxes (present in the existing QLI website) redirecting to Metabase dashboard links (different for each user), along with a short description about the dashboard view (new addition | this remains consistent for all users).
  5. A "How to use QLI website" YT video on the QLI website - [Yet to be provided by PT]
  6. Action items (different to each user) on the QLI website. (Alternatively, we can have links to PDF (different for each user) if embedding the action items on the dashboard is not possible) - [Yet to be provided by PT]

For QLI Website Wireframes, a more simplistic version is provided by PT, eyeing the adhoc nature of the ask. Use the 1st and 3rd screen in the Wireframes as mockup for the website.
