Fix Sorting Functionality for GPs and Villages in Admin Panel

The sorting functionality for GPs and Villages in the admin panel of the Digitisation App is currently not working as expected. While sorting operates correctly on the Submissions screen, it fails to function on the screens displaying GPs and Villages.

In the image below, the list did not get sorted with "Villages under GP"
