The transition keeps repeating so the stop doesn't work.

var textarea = PB.$('#test');
textarea.on('keydown keyup', function( e ){

    var textarea = PB.$(e.currentTarget);

    textarea.setStyle({ height: 'auto' }).stop(true).transition({

        height: textarea.scrollHeight()
    });
})
