no description for 'RSS' acronym.
"Find the bitmask for each processor:" - the procedure is not clear, please add an example (probably the procudure is described at https://documentation.suse.com/sles/12-SP5/single-html/SLES-tuning/#sec-tuning-network-rps ???)
