Edit/Create Form allow multiple values per field

Current: When editing/creating a tool, it is not immediately clear to the user that the property "activity" allows more than one entry.
Expected: The user should be made aware that they can input multiple values

Suggestion: Change tooltip to "The activities you can do with the resource. See TaDiRAH 2. Use Commas to separate multiple entries." When the user does so, the input should be split along the commas to create separate properties.
