To reproduce:

Use contributor account
create workflow draft
try delete the draft
API response:

{"timestamp":"2024-10-17 14:24:05","status":403,"error":"User is not authorized to access the given item version with id YcnQaj (version id: 69982)"}

This only applies to workflow drafts
