revise a full actor curation workflow

Notebook 4.2 has been developed to support a regular curation workflow for MP actors.

It helped spotted massive ingest issues, that are in the process of being manually curated (see for ex. #28 ).

In the meantime, other notebooks were also created - 4.3 actors duplicates; 4.3.1 actor duplicates from gsheet; 4.4 actors deletion.

These notebooks should be revised and I believe it would be beneficial to have one (4.2 update?) that would support a regular curation workflow for MP actors. It should include at least the following checks:

• Multi-values actor check
• Deletion of actors not associated to any items or other actors
• Identify and merge Duplicated actors
• Check actor.website URL Status

Side question: how can we distinguish between one-time notebooks and scripts that we want to run more regularly?
