Flatten pathToHash #84
The logic of changing pathToHash, a tree structure, into a one-dimensional structure
Create metadata for actual files for the first time #85
If the file is in pathToHash, but there is no metadata, create metadata
Delete metadata of files that do not actually exist for the first time #86
If there is metadata that is not in pathToHash, change is_deleted to true
