Gas is swallowed by borgs voring someone

According to Mark Reade on Discord swallowing a person also swallows the tiles entire tiles atmos contents, and spit it back out along with the person.

This sounds to me like not an intentional feature but rather random stuff being swallowed from the tile the person is in, might need a blacklist, but I'd need to look at the code to say more
