I have tried hosting libraries on my website but it keeps resetting it in launcher.properties after I re-build it
changing it after I re-build it has no effect either
MC 1.7.10. It isn't 1.12/1.13+.

Whatever, you can't sign into your account anyway (my other issue), so there is really no point in even trying to fix this issue, because if you do, you still can't play, since licence accounts don't work and offline accounts aren't supported.

There's a whole bunch of duplicate issues with a similar problem; I'm going to assume it's fixed in master.
