初回アクセス時に、証明書をダウンロードしてインストールする
以降はその証明書でしかアクセスできないようにする

ちょっと煩雑？でもダウンロードしたのをダブルクリックするだけだけど

FIDOとかみたいにパスワードレス認証とかでもいいかも
