Execute by 4/18

Change Plan:

  • Open MR main -> prod
  • Run build pipeline & ensure it passes
  • Update azure db? - need to check for any new migrations
  • Check if we need to update any Normalized columns
  • Merge MR
  • Verify release pipeline passes
