Workflow keeps getting called when new SPA MRs are made, and github bot comments on the MRs

But our site is at https://jolly-glacier-0ae92c40f.4.azurestaticapps.net/
It doesn't look like the un merged changes are making it to the website, but just annoying that the workflow is being ran

Also need to create a release workflow for easy deployments to azure

  • Run tests and publish artifacts
  • Run linter
• Create a release workflow
  • Deploy SPA/API
  • Only run workflow on merges to prod
