Program is no longer able to start

When starting the emulator I am given a message that the application is unable to start correctly (0xc0000906). Further attempts give the message that Qt6Gui.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program causes the first message to display again and the process repeats.

Ran into this problem as well, turns out that Windows Defender has started flagging Qt6Gui.dll as a "threat level severe" Trojan by the name of VBInject.AFJ.

I was playing last night, so the problem has started at some point within the last 24 hours.

Windows defender is often wrong, you should recover that file and then it should work again.

I've been having issues with defender misbehaving in the past few days aswell, but there's nothing I can do about that sadly.

I figured it was likely a false positive, most of these are, but I wanted to wait until it was confirmed bc I got discord hacked last year due to my own inattention and I'm a bit gun-shy about this sort of thing these days. Thanks for the quick response!

For anyone who finds this issue via Google or w/e, VirusTotal confirms the file is safe, Defender is the only AV in their database that returns a detection.
